It depends on the merchant. Some merchants either offer email or mail delivery and some offer both. This information is indicated in each merchant's page under "Opciones disponibles de entrega"

From the home page you can search for a gift certificate by merchant name, location, or special occasion. You can also view an A-Z merchant list or view merchants by category.
Do merchant gift certificates expire?
Most gift certificates sold on elregaloperfecto.com do not expire. Those that do expire will generally be valid for at least six months to two years from date of purchase. In any case, elregaloperfecto.com displays the terms specific to each certificate before the purchase is made on our site.
Where can I or the recipient redeem a merchant gift certificate?
Gift certificates can be redeemed at merchants' stores nationwide. However, before purchasing a gift certificate on the elregaloperfecto.com site you should make sure that there is a merchant location in the recipient's city or in close proximity.

What is a credit card Security Code and why is it required?
In order to protect you from unauthorized transactions, we require your credit card's security code. For help in locating your card's Security Code see below: American Express: The Security Code is the 4-digit number printed on the front of the card directly above the embossed account number. Visa and MasterCard: the Security Code is the 3-digit number printed on the signature panel on the back of your card. It immediately follows the account number.

When will my order arrive?
All orders are subject to a verification process, and any information submitted that does not verify with a customers financial institutions may cause delays. We strive to deliver all orders on the requested delivery date. Orders received before 2 pm EST are shipped the same day. Orders to most Bogota addresses are delivered the same day if received before 2 pm EST.
How much are the shipping charges?
We strive to keep shipping charges at reasonable levels. Current shipping charges vary from $0.99 to $4.99 per item. See our current shipping charge table.
What are the service fees?
Most items on elregaloperfecto.com do not have service fees. A limited number of gift certificates have service fees ranging from $0.99 to $3.99. In these cases the amount of the service fee is clearly indicated and you will be able to see it before completing your purchase.
How do I create an account?
Creating an account is easy and quick. Go to Login Clientes and enter the requested information. You can update your account information at any time by signing in to your account with your email address and password and going to Account Info.
Can I store billing and/or shipping addresses from previous orders?
We do not store billing or shipping information on our servers at this time. We are currently working to be able to offer this functionality in the near future.
Is my credit card number stored on your site?
No. For your security and privacy, elregaloperfecto.com does not store credit card information.
Can I access my order history?
Not at this time. We will offer Order History functionality in the near future.

How do I retrieve my password?

You can track your order online by clicking on Estatus, which is located in the upper right corner of the site. You will need to enter your Order Confirmation Number and either your first or last name or email address. Once your order is verified you will see the details of your order and if your order has shipped.
My order should have arrived by now, but it hasn't. What should I do?
While most orders are completed within 3 working days, please allow up to 7 days for delivery from the date it shipped. If your order should have arrived already, please contact Customer Service. Please note: elregaloperfecto.com will not be responsible for merchandise or gift certificates that are undeliverable or not received due to the purchaser's failure to enter accurate delivery information, including physical and email addresses, or when 60 days have passed since the date GiftCertificates.com shipped the certificate(s).
What should I do if I received an incomplete or incorrect order?
Please contact Customer Service. What can be done if my gift certificate is lost or stolen? Once the gift certicate or gift card is delivered to the recipient, it is their responsibility. Gift certificates should be treated like cash. Elregaloperfecto.com is unable to replace gift certificates if they are lost or stolen after after they are delivered.
Can I return or exchange my gift certificates?
Merchant gift certificates purchased at elregaloperfecto.com cannot be returned or exchanged. MegaBonos cannot be returned, they can only be exchanged for merchant gift's certificates.
What if a merchant is no longer in business?
Elregaloperfecto.com does business with well established companies. In the unlikely event that a participating merchant goes out of business we will exchange any outstanding gift certificates sold by elregaloperfecto.com in the previous 180 days.
